Abysmo

Abysmo Brewery was founded in late 2013 by Brewmaster Nelson Calle, after completing his master's degree in beer technology at the Siebel Institute and Dommens Academy schools in Chicago and Munich respectively. Beer project started with a single-style production, and little by little more than 12 different styles of beer were created, to reach consumers with new experiences always characterized by quality and innovation. Name, Abysm, represents a specific place in Greek mythology, where Hades prepared spiritual drinks for each of the gods of Olympus. For this reason, each of beer styles has a name of a god, paying tribute to his greatness and to the “god level” beer. Continuing with ideology, logo represents a keeper, beast of Greek mythology, guardian of Abysm.
