They have been producing mead and liqueur in their family company Apicor Rudník since 1999. During their production this brewery revive and follow the production methods used in the Czech Republic for centuries. Apicor produce mead for a long time by fermenting and maturing exclusively Czech honey. Apicor unique liqueurs are created by the harmonious combination of natural fruit juices, herbal extracts and spices with fine alcohol in proven raw material proportions. Apicor never use cheap flavor substitutes or chemical additives. Thanks to the belief in the quality of raw materials and the honesty of production, Apicor mead and liqueurs are becoming increasingly popular.
