Guides are passionate and specially trained with information about beer, the abbey and its history. The first part of the tour is in the movie theater, then you set off with the guide and at the end you get a tasting of 2 beers with explanation. Unfortunately, the old brewery no longer exists on the abbey site of the Abbey of Berne. Great wish is that in due course the brewery can build a new brewery house on the abbey site with brewing boilers, bottling plant and fermentation rooms. All this to show you the brewing of Berne Abbey beer. As an alternative to being able to show you how Berne Abbey beer is brewed in a friendly abbey, the compan has made own brewing film in which all steps of the brewing process are comprehensively illustrated.
