The brewery, late SDF, has been operating in the name and spirit of Niton since 2015, an excess of prehistory: this rock in Lake Geneva, already an altar for ancestral cults and, in the meantime, an erratic topographical landmark.
And so, since taking up stable residence in 2017, the Niton brewery has been responding with a little more wisdom to its few Druidic axioms: satisfying local thirsts, fulfilling distant curiosities, sacrificing to the principle of respectful, evolutionary making.
And if the ancient gods of Lake Geneva don't fall on our heads first, our journey to the heart of the gaseous planet, like the name and unlikely location of the stone, will remain under the influence of Neiton: the devil of the ancient Vaudois...
