The adventure of the Buti Brewery was born in 2013 as a "mandatory" stage of a journey undertaken several years ago. The union, between the passion for craft beer and the desire to create a product to be put on the market, has led company to in-depth study research, brewery styles and brewing plants.After two years of in-depth analysis of the brewery world, in March 2013 work began in the brewery in a small property located in Cascine, a hamlet of Buti. In July the plant is installed, small in size but technologically advanced with a production potential of 6 hectoliters per month. At the end of July everything is ready, however the authorization to produce is still not granted. Everything officially starts in November. In the newborn brewery the first beer produced is the "Palio", a chestnut flavored beer in honor of the most important event of the municipality of Buti: the Palio delle contrade.
