Birrificio Incanto

The idea for the brewery came to Ignazio (Igo to his friends) and is the result of the passion he has for craft beer. At a particular moment in his life he had to choose... and he chose to radically change his work. After years of flattening and 'normality', the desire to follow his passion transformed what was a dream, a hobby, into a concrete work reality. The logo was born out of the need to bind oneself indissolubly to one's territory. And so what better pagan icon of our roots than the siren Partenope from whose limbs Vesuvius and the entire Gulf of Naples originated. In the effigy of our brand, therefore, lies Partenope, she who generated a panorama that enchants the world... and the name of the brewery could not be other than Incanto.
