It's artisanal. You will never find such equipment in another brewery. Dairies, farms use stainless steel tanks and coolers which can be adapted to beer. Th brewerty had thus received 3 double-walled tanks used prior to the manufacture of cheese and yogurt. A brewery adapted oil burners on two of them and we used the third as a transfer tank at first and as a cooling tank afterwards. The transfer tanks are now recoveries from the experimental mini-brewery at KUL Leuven. Two PACKO serve us as fermentation and storage tanks. As for the filter, it is of the "tinkered" press type starting from an industrial washing machine drum. Transfers are made at Bottling is done through a home-made filling ramp.
