Created by two passionate amateurs. Bruno COLLARD from Florenville and Philippe HUSSON from Sainte-Marie sur Semois. Curious to explore the hoppy universe, like many amateurs, the brewery develop some recipes in saucepans. After a few tries, very soon the brewert wants to brew in larger quantities. Still have to find a nice name for beer ... Eddy POURTOIS from Brasserie Sainte-Hélène welcomes in his facilities. Over the years, the brewery discover with passion the different techniques, the different styles.
