In 2015, driven by the desire to create something special and unifying, three young students/young workers decided to embark on an extraordinary adventure: brewing their own beer. In the old stables, equipped with basic equipment, they made their first brew, giving birth to a somewhat crazy genesis.
Quickly, the conclusive tests convinced them to go further. They invested in additional equipment, created the company SPARSA and carried out the necessary work to formalize their production. This is how they produced their first 70 liters of SPARSA beer, which would later become the “Original”.
