Brouwerij de Kemphaan

Stadsbrouwerij de Kemphaan is a small brewery run by volunteers from the Almere-based Beer Guild Gambrinus. The brewery uses local, organic ingredients as much as possible. Every beer has its own unique taste and character. In May 2016, the brewery moved from restaurant Dubbel-Op to the much larger neighboring building, the former information point of Staatsbosbeheer. Installation is from the Kaspar Schulz brand with beautiful but small copper brewing kettles. The brewery cans make and brew 200 liters at a time on Sundays and Mondays. Both days the same recipe so that they can come together in a 475 liter fermentation tank.
