The Absztyfikant Brewery is a small contract brewery from the Tri-City, founded by Łukasz Szynkiewicz, a long-term home brewer as well as a professional brewer. Experience in the field of home brewing (including a win in the Grodziskie beer category in the Birofilia 2014 beer competition), chairmanship of the Pomeranian branch of the PSPD, numerous cognitive projects: "Many Hops", "Other Grodziskie", "Wheat Fruit Ale" or brewing shows, cooperation between home brewery and commercial breweries (American Stout "Black Gold Rush" with Jan Olbracht brewery or Grodziskie "Sophia" with Olimp brewery), work for contract breweries (Olimp - the first commercial Jopejskie beer) or physical (Bytów Kaszubski Brewery and Black Sheep Brewery ). Beers on offer will be typically kraft, from the classic beer revolution to experiments with various yeasts (bretts, mixed fermentation, sour ales) or the addition of fruit and spices. Nearly 100% of beer released will be ejle. Lagers may appear, but rather it will be rare. Collaborative beers with other breweries are planned, as well as beers aged in barrels with other alcohols.
