EDI Brewery is a family brewery - operating since 1998. We offer unpasteurized beer brewed using the traditional method. In addition to the flagship Light and Dark, we also offer flavored beers such as: Raspberry, Cherry, Honey, Ginger, Almond, Mint and Chocolate. We are not any competition for large breweries, because our beers are unpasteurized, without the addition of preservatives or oxidants. They are not even artificially gasified, but they have in themselves as much carbon dioxide as they produced during the fermentation process. EDI is a beer that matures in a bottle - unfiltered and unpasteurised. Our beer is not in stores, it is only sold at markets, fairs and health food fairs, ando at the headquarters of the brewery in Nowa Wieś.Welcome!
