In the beautiful 2015, three home brewers, members of the Poznań Beer Lodge, decided to implement their crazy ideas on a larger scale. The optimal solution turned out to be the establishment of a contract initiative, known as an unknown brewery. This is how story begins. After intensive searching, the company brewed first brew in the brewery in Kamionka, belonging to the Browar Czarnków SA group. It was a Dybbuk- today one of the most recognizable beers of authorship. The premiere of rye porter with the addition of cocoa shells and salt took place in the late Setka pub in Poznan on December 12 2015. From then on, the world of kraft would never be the same. We systematically try to put into practice what comes to our minds without compromising and often going against the current trends. Over the past few years, we've released over 40 different beers, won several prizes and awards, visited all of Poland and some of Europe, and specialized in specific styles. The brewery love strong, dark beers aged in oak barrels after distillates such as bourbon, whiskey, rum or wine. In addition, a company love acids, so several times a year brewery try to charm your taste buds with drinks reminiscent of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
