The beer production process at Browar Kociewski follows centuries-old brewing traditions. We do not take any shortcuts at any time, we do not use any enhancers, accelerators or flavourings and we stick to traditional methods supported by the most up-to-date knowledge. We do not subject the beer to filtration or pasteurisation, so that it retains its full mineral and vitamin content and its unique flavour.
