Once a small brewing facility in Manton, California, the Livingstons helped put Cedar Crest on the map with their expert brewing. In 2012, the Grissom’s locked arms with the Manton duo to build community into the operation. Former corporate executive, Kate Grissom, along with her creative craftsman husband, Brandon, brought a small tasting room to downtown Red Bluff with the endless support of Jim, Corey, and Mark. In a matter of years, Cedar Crest became a local hotspot and the tasting room was expanded. The Grissom’s vision of creating a most-perfect space to gather quickly came to life. Cedar Crest Brewing has proven to be a magical collaboration between a master brewer and a local family in the business of building a stronger sense of community. Cedar Crest Brewing features exceptional craft beer in a space handcrafted for connection. The tastings rooms in Redding and Red Bluff are favored community-gathering spaces for individuals, friends, groups, and events.
