On the unofficial first opening day 30.11. 2009, the largest number of beers in the history of their brewery has been drank. Since lunch it was 1369 beers in newly pologed pints. However, they ended up just in the morning. The philosophy of their brewery is simple. Producing honest beers with classical Czech technology, showing the diversity of beer culture by brewed specials, and not venturing into simple and dishonest beers with a view to making a quick profit. They use a high-quality brewhouse, open large fermentation vats for the main fermentation, and a lager full-cold cellar for fermentation or lying down. Their beer is produced for at least 32 days. The beer is brewed for one day, the main fermentation is carried out for six days on the fermenter using the bottom fermentation yeast, and the beer matures in the cellar for at least 25 days, as the right lager.
