The Diamantina® Beer was created to value the Diamantina culture and disseminate the brewing art in Minas Gerais. It is a high quality product, carefully prepared with the best ingredients, by those who understand the subject. Following the culture of craft beers, it contains water, malt, hops and yeast. It has different flavor, color and texture, as it does not contain preservatives, antioxidants and dyes. Four high fermentation Ale beer recipes were created, whose labels pay homage to elements known from local culture: - Biribiri (Blond Ale), Passadiço (Weiss), Garimpo (Red Ale) and Xica da Silva (Stout).
