Started adventure in 2010 with the curiosity of three brothers to create craft beer in small batches and in 2011 to present themselves under the name of Cerveza Sur in Zapotiltic, Jalisco, alluding to this region. In 2013 began to increase the quality of products with natural inputs, artisan processes and unmatched flavor combinations. It is then when decided to reborn the brand as "Cerveza Colombo"; celebrating achievements and glorifying origin.
