This ½ bbl pilot brew house consists of a 3 vessel Spike brewing system. Their cellar consists of various ½ & 1bbl stainless steel conical fermenters and glycol chiller. As they push through exhausting double brew days, they hope the mirage of larger capacity shiny stainless steel becomes reality. Their brewery is currently closed to the public.
