Come on it's ready.... What time is it? It's 12:12 minutes and 12 seconds! This is how, with irony and simplicity, our beer was born: at 12:12 and 12 seconds of the year 2006 we made our first "crush." A "Baby Cotta" made in the cellar of our then Restaurant by means of tools and equipment all made by hand. From this fantastic experience a dazzling idea: if we ever succeed in making our own craft brewery it will be called 1212. Today with the same commitment as back then, the same passion and the same emotions, we select the best malts together with top quality hops and yeasts, mix them with our magnificent water that gushes out at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters, and follow personally and with scrupulous dedication the entire production process, up to the very delicate bottling stage to bring to the tables of pubs, restaurants and your table, a genuine product.
