They were home brewers who took their passion to the next level. They started with a 5-gallon homebrew kit, then moved to the 10-gallon system that they brewed on until they upgraded to our current setup. Right now their brewery is comprised of a 10-barrel brew house, five 10bbl fermentation tanks, and 1 10bbl bright tank. The brewery and taproom are about 7,500 square feet, and when you walk into their building you are met with high ceilings and a welcoming staff. Walk down the hallway towards the back and you will come to a double glass door through which you can see the brew house.
