Flying Brewery

Flying Brewery is situated in Siljansnas in Dalarna, Sweden. The company was established in 2010 by Austrian Johann Graf, Swedish Joakim Hanson and Japanese Eiko Anderson joined the company soon after and moved to Sweden. Johann and Joakim met through their shared love of hot air ballooning, a business in which they have been working together since 1991. The brewery is located on Siljan Airpark, where aircraft enthusiasts share a neighborhood and fly their aeroplanes. Flying Brewery is also importing premium Sake and Japanese liqueur from Japan.
