Fredonia Brewery

At Fredonia Brewery four vessel 15 barrel brew house creates the wort to fill four 30 barrel fermenters where the yeast makes beer and ales. A 30 barrel brite tank carbonates and finishes beer and ales. Also have a canning line to package beer and ale for on and off site sales. All of this equipment is from friends at American Beer Equipment in Lincoln, Nebraska. When brewery opens the door to the public, typically on Saturdays, offer a few tours to hear about the equipment and brewing process here in Nacogdoches, Texas.
