The Brno brewing company was founded by three friends, which brought together enthusiasm for extraordinary beer. They quickly agreed that extraordinary beer should be brewed by an extraordinary brewery in an extraordinary brewery. Their desire for such a beer was only reinforced by a wave of small craft breweries that over the past few years had rolled across the ocean into old Europe. After several years of searching for a suitable industry in which the innovative spirit of traditional Czech craftsmanship would feel at home, the choice fell on a somewhat mysterious building at the Slaughterhouse in the former Brno slaughterhouse, which was built in 1899.
