Hillsboro Brewing

After 6 years of operation, several varieties of self-brewed beer & thousands of meals served, Hillsboro Brewing Company Pub (HBC Pub) has officially outgrown their beautiful building at 815 Water Avenue. Effective August 7, 2019, HBC Pub has moved into the 206 East Madison St. building. ​​ The new HBC Pub location offers indoor and outdoor seating, a bigger state-of-the-art kitchen to better accommodate the growing business, cherished returning customers, the City of Hillsboro and beyond.
