Jackass Hill

Located in Historic Downtown Littleton Colorado right on the Northwest corner of Prince & West Main Street, Packed into an old bank building they seat 60+ inside & 110+ in a spacious outdoor beer garden. Jackass Hill Brewery, the name, has been around local Littleton for some 25+ years, T-shirts & swag have been adorned by locals for 8+ years. One of their partners lives on top of Jackass Hill right on Jackass Hill Road. He has called his front porch "the Brewery" for many years. Opening the brewery in 2019 is just a idea coming full circle. With a 3bbl brewhouse and a mix of 3bbl & 6bbl fermentors, they brew Colorado Ales that are easy drinking, focusing more on beer tasting good & being able to offer a variety of styles, rather than being as concerned about how much ABV they can pack into a glass of beer. They hope the good taste blindsides you and you "accidentially" drink three. Two partners & the Brewer are Hop Heads so IPAs a Juicy Pales Ales are some of their beers that get attention. But who doesn't like a good Malty Red, a smooth Amber, an Espresso Porter, or a Dry Irish or a basic Stout right? For the lighter side they will offer a variety of Blonds & Wheat beers, some fruited Gose's. Two favorite so far in their pilot batches are the Rosehip & Hibiscus Gose and the Jackberry Wheat. With 24 taps, offering 12 of their own brews & 12 craft guest brews. Technically they're a BrewPub, so they offer Wine, Spirits & guests beers & Food for lighter noshing on pub fare.
