After 518 years, Jan Olbracht returned to Piotrków Trybunalski. This time he came to build his second brewery, brewing beer on a larger scale to meet the needs of his kingdom. The Jan Olbracht Rzemieślniczy brewery is a natural continuation of the project started in 2012 in Toruń. It was there, in a 15th-century tenement house, in the heart of the Old Town, that the Jan Olbracht Browar Staromiejski started its activity - a restaurant with a brewhouse of 10 hl and a 100 hl storage room. According to the brewing community, one of the few brewing projects in recent years that has had a significant impact on the development of craft brewing. Its uniqueness lies, among others. on active cooperation with home brewers, brewing a limited and unique batch of beer from time to time according to their recipes. Choosing this direction resulted in the opening of the Jan Olbracht Craft Brewery in Piotrków Trybunalski in 2014. Within 1 year, a brewery with a brewhouse of 20 hl was established here. and a storage room with a total capacity of 400 hl.
