Beschreibung
Beer was brewed in Kbely for nearly two centuries in the now extinct brewery, founded in 1758 by Count Cernin himself. And because the tradition is to be preserved, Kbelský decided to renew the brewing industry in Kbely. Of course, even with good food, which inherently belongs to beer. All their beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized. The labels of their beers create a symbolic panorama of the pilgrimage route from Prague to Stará Boleslav. The names of beers evoke who or what you can meet on such a pilgrimage and how powerful it will be in terms of degree.
