Kinsale

Kinsale Mead Co is Ireland's first new meadery in a very long time and was founded by Kate and Denis Dempsey in 2016 to rediscover a drink that was once very common in Ireland. Their meadery is based right in Kinsale at the start of the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork. Check out kinsalemeadco.ie for their online shop and stockists and information on meadery tours. Their meads are fermented off dry, 11-12% ABV and great on their own or with food.
