We are peasants, because our adventure begins here, in this country villa that we have transformed into a restaurant, a brewery, a meeting place with food and people.
Our top and bottom fermented beers are inspired by traditional styles and then reworked through research, experimentation with hops and the choice of raw materials: living elements that change as the different blends vary.
We personally select German malt varieties and hops from all over the world: United States, Australia, New Zealand and Europe thanks to our network of experienced and certified suppliers.
It is from here that our country beers are born, with the heart in Veneto and the spirit in the world.
And because we have watched, but most of all listened to, the chefs and the master brewer who trained us.
La Villana was born in 2017, but our first Rude dates back to 2016, and we still have that taste in our hearts. Maybe that's why we're kind after all.
