They are a small-batch artisan brewery working out of a former Edwardian gas works in the coastal village of Hele.
They produce twelve (and counting) hand-crafted beers ranging from vibrantly juicy pales to deeply satisfying old ales.
As well as the finest hops, yeast and malt, they like to throw in a few extra ingredients - whether that's locally grown blueberries and liquorice or spices like ginger and coriander seeds.
