All beers are brewed according to traditional recipes in a gentle way of bottom fermentation. They are unfiltered and unpasteurized, therefore alive, full of healthy substances, vitamins and trace elements. Unfiltered beer is not only slightly cloudy, but also has a fuller and richer taste. After pasteurization, beer is popularly said to be dead, depleted of many flavors. That's why we brew unpasteurized beers. Their shelf life is shorter, you have to drink it in weeks, but its taste is unique. Mr. Brewer gives them his highest care and love. It selects only the highest quality ingredients that give them full flavor and color. Excellent Czech malt, Satu Mare hops and bred brewer's yeast.
