Beschreibung
Métaphore is a craft beer project aimed at slowly aged beers in wood, influenced by time and biodiversity of the surroundings and its own mixed culture. Beer reflects the place and time of its origin, the particular season and the people involved. The Métaphore project, created by Jiří Sládek, is currently brewing in the Clock brewery and in the dark corners of the brewery is dedicated to creating his own natural beers and also the barrel aged program of the Clock brewery.
