I am an enthusiast who has always been interested in the production of beer, wine or the production of plum brandy and other quality brandy. The emblem of the Křikoun brewery was created with the help of my friends who know me above all as an energetic musician with a strong voice. If you like the combination of good craft beer and authentic folk music, they can also play with their beer. I brewed my first beers with my friends in a small pot as a caretaker. I gained further experience in the practice of various microbreweries, where I also brewed my first beers for sale. On 17.2.2017 I managed to finish my own home brewery Křikloun in Hodonín and I finally brew in my own. In the idea of ​​making my first beer, I tended to have a taste that was so harmonious and pleasant that it would be possible to drink the beer all night, and this gave rise to the Shepherd Special Ale 13 °. Despite the fact that it is Ale type, top fermentation, sensitive hopping has managed to avoid excessive scenting of beer and thereby achieve that the malts in this case pleasantly outweigh the hops and create that harmony with a slightly fading mustard with the aroma and taste of fine fruit. I did not intentionally start brewing existing beer recipes in the beginning so that I would not be affected by them. This created a unique beer, which you will be difficult to put into any box or compare with previous experience :-)
