The brewery has its origins in Kalle “Päähirvi” Hirvikoski's so-called from a beer-based beer hobby. There was an insidious road from basic bulk galleries to tastier beers. After tasting them, I became interested in the brewing processes and then started brewing beer at home. Cooperation with other breweries, raw material manufacturers and producers, as well as other entrepreneurs and training centers in the region, is important to us. Community spirit is the thing want to bring even more to Finnish beer culture. Are happy to listen to the ideas of others and design different collaborative patterns.
