Hop hopped by a combination of Saaz semi-early red, Premiant and Brewer. The mixture of Christmas spices is added to the hopping plant. After cooling, honey is added to our beer from our neighbor, Mr. Krejčí. Honey is 2.7 kg per 100 liters in beer.
