They are a regional craft brewery that began in O’Fallon, MO on St. Patrick’s Day in 2000. In June 2015, the brewery moved into a 40,000 sq ft facility in Maryland Heights, MO. Their goal is to brew balanced craft beers that focus on unique ingredients and local collaborations.
