Perron

PERRON is temporarily a so-called flying brewery. It is a brewery that leases the free capacities of friendly breweries, where it is then brewed according to its own recipe. However, PERRRON will soon settle permanently in Roztoky, in the premises of the nearby former railway station restaurant at Nádražní Street No. 56, which will undergo a complete reconstruction. It is the historical context and the location of the building, which lies in the immediate vicinity of the train platform, that was one of the inspirations for why the new Mite beer is called PERRON. The building of the former restaurant U Nádraží is awaiting complete reconstruction, but you can already visit the Perron Garden brewery garden at the same address and taste all the beers we brew and the specialties of cuisine.
