Pivovar Bobr

Pivovar Bobr is a small independent brewery located in Zadní Třebaň. Beer is brewed in the cellar of a former mill. Pivovar Bobr brew both traditional Czech Pilsner type beer, light and semi-dark lager, occasionally semi-dark special or top-fermented light ale. The name Beaver originated spontaneously when Pivovar Bobr invented the name of beer. Pivovar Bobr wanted the name to be an animal, thanks to the proximity of the Berounka animal that is also close to the water. The name to be double-syllabic and sound enough striking. At the same time, the name should also be unique, at least in the Czech region. After several months of speculation and reflection, Beaver won. Pivovar Bobr hope it was a happy choice.
