Čížová Brewery is located in the Čížov chateau, where beer was brewed after 1629. The reconstruction of the building from a fortress into a country chateau with a brewery and a malting plant was completed by Jan Dey at that time. Imperial council, associate of the Supreme Court and a capable man in all respects. It was a heyday.
