Pivovar Isao

Pivovar Isao are a microbrewery, founded in 2017. Pivovar Isao are called ISAO s.r.o., according to their good friend and huge lover of Czech beer - Mr. Isa Onoda, who during his life participated in saving Czech hops and promoting honest Czech beer. In 2016, Isao left us and to honor him because he deserved it, Pivovar Isao named their brewery just after him. Thanks to its high demands on beer taste, Pivovar Isao are committed to producing quality and tasty beer. Isao Onoda was a lover of Czech beer, especially the bottom-fermented lagers of the Pilsner type, a Czech classic, which he welcomed in Czechoslovakia in the 1950s at the main station when he arrived as a student from Japan. In the eighties of the last century, he played an important role in the rescue and recovery of Czech hops, when in cooperation with the Research Hop Institute in Saaz, established a working group "Virus free humulos", which managed to heal and restore the original yields
