The beer is brewed using classical two-mash technology, produced exclusively from Czech raw materials: Moravian malt, Saaz hops, cultural yeast and spring water from the Beskydy Mountains. After the beer has been brewed in the brewery, the so-called wort is cooled down to a fermentation temperature of 8 ° C and fermented with yeast type H. Then the main fermentation takes place in fermentation vats for 12 days. Sufficiently fermented beer is then bottled into lager tanks. The beer matures in lager tanks for 5 weeks at 2 ° C under 0.5 bar. After the beer has matured, it is tapped directly from the lager tanks to the bar.
