Beschreibung
Kozlíček Brewery is a small family mini-brewery located in the village of Horní Dubenky in the Javořická Highlands. It was founded at the turn of 2006. The brewery does not have its own restaurant, so the beer is delivered to contract restaurants, where it is served as a regional specialty. Beer is produced in Dubenky in the classic two-mouth process in compliance with the Bavarian Law on Purity of Beer (Reinheitsgebot). Czech humic malt from the Ferdinand brewery in Benešov near Prague is used as the starting raw material, caramel and special malts are imported from the Bavarian Weyermann malting plant in Bamberg. The hops used are mainly Žatec hops supplied by Bohemia Hop. Mr. Milan Kozlíček, the owner and brewer of the brewery, is responsible for the quality of the produced beers in one person.
