Pivovar Lužiny

The Lužiny Brewery, whose operation is located on the ground floor of the Lužiny Shopping Center, is a fully independent independent mini-brewery with technology for the expected annual exhibitions of approximately 2,500 hl of beer; the space reserve allows its possible expansion up to annual exhibitions of about 5,000 hl of beer. The installed technology enables the brewing of all types of beer (top-fermented, bottom-fermented). The most important parts of brewing technology are: two-vessel brewery with a volume of 15 hl, 4x cellar with a volume of 30 hl, 10x lager tank with a volume of 30 hl, 2x CK tank with a volume of 15 hl, etc. Produced beers will be tapped in the brewery restaurant and beer bar from tap tanks, fill into PET bottles and into KEG barrels for tapping in the brewery restaurant and for local retail. The production of four permanent types of beer and several specials during the year is expected. All Lužinské beers are unpasteurized and unfiltered, free of any preservatives, foam stabilizers, dyes or other chemicals. Only the highest quality raw materials available are used in the production. Due to the nature of the beer and the preservation of its quality, sales through retail chains are by no means planned.
