Na Rychtě Brewery is a restaurant brewery with a production capacity of up to 1200 hl / year, which is exclusively intended for the restaurant's own needs. Together with the hotel it forms a pleasant complex of services. Beer breweries are an inseparable and at the same time dominant part of the restaurant's interior. Other technology is located in the basement of the building. Part of the building is a large storage space under the parking lot for 50 barrels, which is connected to the factory by an underground tunnel. The brewer Jaroslav Rottenborn, a man with almost fifty years of experience in brewing Zlatopramen and Březňák beers, rules the entire brewery with an experienced hand.
