In the beginning, the taste for beer was excellent, not soap. With this approach, a group around Stupavar started for a home-made beer track. The result was various awards in the competition for homeowners in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In 2012, the idea of gradually expanding the home base was bridged by purchasing technology from the extinct brewery in Trenčín to a serious craft brewery with an annual exhibition of approximately 1700 hl. By grouping the right people from beer production, administration and day-to-day operations, Stupavar Brewery has six partners who launched the official beer production in January 2013. In the first year of operation the brewery was pleased by the public interest and not only lay Independent breweries in Slovakia in three sets: Brewery of the Year 2013, Discovery of the Year 2013 and Brewer of the Year 2013. Since then, Stupavar has more than a dozen recipes for bottled and top fermented beers, which it distributes to pubs or its own store. In 2016, the brewery underwent the expansion of technology, resulting in a doubling of production on the same area with the expansion of production for top-fermented beers. Stupavar brewery participates in the Beer Festival in the Castle Park in Stupava and brings new Slovak and Czech breweries to the city on the occasion of the brewery's establishment on the first weekend in June. guided tours of the brewery.
