Uhříněveský brewery has been an important regional brewery for centuries. 67 long years have passed, during which the brewery has not served the production of golden liquor since the cessation of production by the former regime in 1949.Pivovar Uhříněves dream of its rebirth took a real basis when they created a group of six enthusiasts composed of descendants of former brewery owners, renowned Prague brewers and successful restaurateurs. In the course of 2014, they decided that it was time to revive the area with a brewing craft.In the spring of 2015, they founded the company PIVOVAR UHŘÍNĚVES s.r.o. and at the end of 2015, the brewery was able to brew the first test batch. Thanks to its preserved character and rich history, the brewery deserves the privilege of brewing beer, which they are proud of as well as their predecessors. Pivovar Uhříněves want to share this joy with you not only through beer, but also a demonstration of the original steam-engine brewery, which will recall the "century of steam". This period was also the most successful era of the brewery in its more than three hundred years of history. It is associated with the name of the brewer, owner, but especially the innovator, merchant and brewery in body and soul - ALOIS TICHÉ (1843-1916). After him, their classic bottom-fermented beers bear the name ALOIS.
