In this restaurant by the brewery you can taste several types of live unfiltered Pilsner-type beer. Classic light and dark beer is prepared from first-class ingredients (from various types of malt, fragrant hops and water) without the use of concentrates. Only natural yeasts are used for fermentation. A museum of beer history is open next to the brewery. The museum exhibits a unique exhibition of the art of brewing. Pivovar Victor use exclusively organic raw materials. It is a high-quality hops from the town of Žatec. As for malt, it is mainly Moravian malt and several Bavarian species. For us, every batch of beer is not just a learned technological process, but it is a considerate and responsible process. The mini-brewery is based on the principle of traditional Czech technology. The beer preparation process takes at least a month. Pivovar Victor make 4 batches every month. The beer is brewed by the important Czech brewer Josef Korbel.
