Pivovar Vraník ceremoniously opened this brewery on June 6, 2014, we brew for 2 mash in a classic two-vessel copper brewery with a volume of 6 hl. The beer is fermented in two phases in an open cellar for 7 days and then matures in a lager cellar at a temperature of 1 ° C for 30 to 60 days. Pivovar Vraník brew both classic beers and specials. Pivovar Vraník use humic malt from the Záhlinická malthouse, Žatec hops or imported and spring local water.
