Beschreibung
The brewery was founded in 2003 in the village of Zašová near Valašské Meziříčí in a former parish farm. The reason for the determination of this site were four old wells, which excelled in their abundance and excellent composition of water for the production of natural beer. Zašová is located near Valašské Meziříčí, a town with a history of brewing. The brewery has been operating here since 1911 and now a new chapter of the brewing industry in Wallachia has begun. Originally until 2016 Wallachian brewery BON Zašová.
